EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial, infrastructure, and defense applications, and the manufacturer of ODYSSEY batteries, will showcase its ODYSSEY FleetPower battery analysis program at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), November 3–5, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV.
Visitors can meet the EnerSys team at ODYSSEY Battery booth V2477 at The Venetian Expo.
The ODYSSEY FleetPower program combines 30 days of battery operating data captured through the ODYSSEY Connect battery monitoring system with information about fleet size, vehicle applications and operating schedules. EnerSys uses this information to assess battery and charger combinations and recommend options based on operating requirements and estimated total cost of ownership.
At AAPEX, visitors can explore an interactive sizing tool and discuss potential battery options for their fleets with EnerSys specialists. The team will also demonstrate the ODYSSEY Connect battery monitoring system.
“Fleet operators need batteries that can support demanding schedules and the power requirements of onboard equipment,” said Daniel Jones, National Technical Sales Manager at EnerSys. “The ODYSSEY FleetPower battery analysis program helps us understand how batteries perform in service and recommend battery and charger options based on each fleet’s operating needs and costs.”
Data obtained from the ODYSSEY FleetPower program with the support of the ODYSSEY Connect battery monitoring system can reveal:
- Applications where the current battery configuration meets operating needs
- Higher-risk operating patterns
- Excessive discharge behavior
- Temperature-related stress
- Replacement cycle trends
Also on display in ODYSSEY Battery booth V2477 at AAPEX will be a recent addition to the Company’s ODYSSEY battery portfolio – the ODYSSEY Evolution ODV-ACE31 battery. Engineered with exclusive AGM2 technology, the ODYSSEY Evolution ODV-ACE31 battery offers 650 charge/recharge cycles at 80 percent Depth of Discharge (DOD) – one of the battery industry’s highest deep-cycle rates.
The ODYSSEY Evolution ODV-ACE31 battery is a dependable choice for medium- to heavy-duty trucks with hotel loads, Electric Auxiliary Power Units (EAPUs), and auxiliary equipment like liftgate trailers and reefer units. It’s also ideal for multi-battery marine systems, first response vehicles, and construction machinery. Featuring a military-inspired design, the ODYSSEY Evolution battery is built to withstand high-impact shock and mechanical vibration. It can operate in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) to as high as 176°F (80°C) and delivers Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) of 800 as well as a Reserve Capacity (RC) of 220 minutes. Backed by an industry-leading warranty, the ODYSSEY Evolution ODV-ACE31 battery also offers up to a 10-year service life and is compatible with the ODYSSEY Connect battery monitoring system.
“We look forward to helping visitors explore how battery technology, monitoring and analysis can support their fleet operations,” added Jones.
Other ODYSSEY Battery booth V2477 highlights to include:
- ODYSSEY battery models for a wide range of powersports and marine applications
- An exclusive “meet-and-greet” with Josef Newgarden, driver of the No. 2 Team Penske Dallara/Chevrolet® in the IndyCar series, taking place on Wednesday, November 4th from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 am PT.
