AAM Group Membership meeting heads to Chicago in May

The AAM Group’s Membership Meeting and Vendor Showcase will take place May 14–16, 2024, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Ill.

Themed “Retooling the Future,” this year’s meeting brings together distribution members, supplier partners and jobbers for three days of networking, purchasing, education and prospecting.

AAM’s Engine Pro members will be conducting their annual meeting jointly at the same location.

Founded in 1988, The AAM Group today stands as the largest program distribution group in the SEMA marketplace.

In addition to the meeting’s two classic trade show formats — The Net and the Vendor Showcase — the event will include Lippert Components Vice President of Leadership & Culture Development Dr. Amber Selking and SEMA President and CEO Mike Spagnola as guest speakers; a jobber panel discussion; an afternoon trip to take in a Schaumburg Boomers baseball game; and various purchasing, marketing and business break-out sessions.

Finally, the event will see the presentation of awards to members and suppliers in several categories, such as the prestigious Member of the Year and Partnership Awards.

Several new awards will also debut, including those recognizing outstanding support of the Aftermarket Websites® service for brick-and-mortar jobbers.
