Jennings brings a wealth of experience to our team, with over 15 years of executive sales experience, including eight years in a senior management role. Phil’s commitment to the industry has been one of his strengths over the years having served on the CCIF steering committee and his long-time commitment to the Crash It Golf Tournament as a committee member.

Jennings has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in his market and looks forward to helping the company as a whole grow. In this high-impact leadership role, Phil will focus on exploring new business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and leading our talented sales team to new heights.

Following his successful tenure as Key Account Manager Donald has been with the company for just over three years, during which time he has played a pivotal role in strengthening relationships and driving results across our key accounts. He brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge, backed by extensive experience within the collision repair and OEM dealership sectors across both Canada and the United Kingdom.

In his new role as Director of Operations, Donald will work closely with our OEM dealership partners and collision repair network, supporting our continued commitment to operational excellence, collaboration, and long-term growth.
