Transit Inc., a leading Canadian distributor of automotive parts, has announced the opening of its new distribution centre in Calgary, Alta.
Located at 1820 100 Ave NE Unit 155, this new facility strengthens Transit’s national footprint and enhances service capabilities for auto parts stores and jobbers across Western Canada.
This opening represents Transit’s third warehouse launch in ten months, highlighting the company’s accelerating growth and its commitment to providing industry-leading coast-to-coast support to customers.
“This new distribution centre represents a major step in our commitment to Western Canada,” said Simon Bourque, COO & General manager at Transit. “It allows us to bring our renowned brands and parts nationally and closer to our partners from B.C. to Manitoba.”
The opening of this 40,000-square-foot warehouse is also part of Transit’s growth plan, which aims to strengthen its national presence and provide jobbers and auto parts retailers with more speed, more selection, and more support.
