Niterra North America, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of spark plugs and oxygen sensors, is has announced the promotion of Jeff Desveaux to the position of General Manager-Global Head of New Product Lines.

In this highly strategic role, Desveaux will be responsible for leading the global strategy, development, and commercial success of new product lines across diverse international markets for Niterra Co., Ltd.

Desveaux brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to the role, having dedicated over two decades to the organization.

He began his career with NGK Spark Plugs Canada in 2003 and subsequently served as a General Manager of the company.

Most recently, Desveaux served as the Regional General Manager – Product at PAMA, where he provided leadership and direction for our PAMA region, focusing on aftermarket products and content management.

In his new capacity as General Manager, Global Head of New Product Lines, Desveaux will report to David Loy, General Manager, Global Aftermarket, Niterra Co., Ltd.

He will oversee a multidisciplinary global team, supervising Global Product Managers, Global Data Managers, and Product Engineers with core responsibilities in strategic portfolio execution, lifecycle management, global sourcing and profitability, data and cataloguing, and market expansion.

With an extensive background in the automotive aftermarket and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, Desveaux is uniquely positioned to drive Niterra’s product innovation globally.
