LTA Manufacturing LLC has promoted Tom Berger to Senior Director of Customer Service for its four subsidiaries and their related brands: ATC Truck Covers, Jason Industries, LoadMaster and Ranch Fiberglass. Berger most recently served as the director of quality for LTA, and prior to that was the sales and customer service manager for ATC Truck Covers.

In this new role, Berger will report to the CEO, and will lead efforts to provide exceptional customer service to all LTA customers.  The move further signals LTA’s quality first, customer focused, high performance culture.

Berger has been with the company over 14 years. He joined the company in 2001 and remained until 2011. He left ATC Truck Covers shortly after the original facility was destroyed in a fire to continue working within the industry for another company. In 2016, Berger returned to ATC Truck Covers.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Berger has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. The Southern California native currently resides in Lawrence, Kansas with his wife, Kara.
