The annual Lordco Auto Parts Trade Show barged into the Pacific National Exhibition grounds in Vancouver, B.C. Monday April 3, marking the 33rd edition of what has become a cornerstone event of Canada’s automotive aftermarket.

Attendees lined up ahead of the doors opening and in the first day exhibitors noted that attendance was stronger than the 2022 edition, which marked the event’s return after COVID restrictions kept it off the calendar in 2020 and 2021.

Of particular note was the increased attendance by Alberta-based trade customers in addition to the perennially strong B.C. attendance.

Over recent years, Lordco Auto Parts has had a notable expansion into the Alberta market with stores in Calgary and Edmonton being added to the 100 locations in British Columbia.

The organization has is also completing the final stages of its move to its new headquarters and distribution centre in Port Coquitlam, B.C., from its legacy operation in Maple Ridge.

Since its inaugural debut in 1990, the Lordco Auto Parts annual trade show has been a bustling, in-person event, attracting up to 20,000 thousand attendees from the automotive industry annually.

The 33rd Annual Tradeshow is a trade-only event running from 1 PM – 10 PM, April 3-4, at the Pacific Coliseum and PNE Agrodome at Hastings Park.
