Grant Brothers Sales Ltd., regarded as one of Canada’s leading manufacturers’ representative organizations, has announced a number of key leadership promotions.
“As part of our continued growth and focus on strong leadership across the organization, I am pleased to share several leadership promotions that position Grant Brothers Sales Ltd. for continued success in 2026 and beyond,” said CEO Charie Grant in a statement. “I will remain CEO and continue to be actively involved in the business and our key factory relationships.”
Jason Gorringe has been promoted to President of Grant Brothers Sales Ltd.
In this role, Jason will oversee the national sales team and sales pipeline, working closely with sales management teams to execute shared 2026 sales objectives across the Canadian market. “His leadership, experience, and deep understanding of our business will further strengthen how we partner with our customers and factory partners and how we deliver results together,” says Grant.
Troy Snider has been promoted to Vice President, Automotive Division.
As part of a planned and seamless transition, Troy will work closely alongside Scott MacKay as he steps into his new role. Together, they will continue to lead the Automotive Division, ensuring consistency, stability, and uninterrupted support for customers and distributor partners.
Troy will assume day-to-day leadership of the Automotive sales team and oversee ongoing activities with warehouse distributor partners coast to coast. His focus will be on disciplined daily sales execution, performance reporting, and close collaboration with factory partners to drive results.
Scott remains actively involved in the Automotive business during this transition and will continue to support key relationships while also expanding his focus on the growth of the Industrial Division.
Dave Allan has been promoted to Vice President of the Heavy Duty Division
Previously serving as Prairies Regional Manager for Automotive, Dave brings deep regional expertise and a strong track record of performance across the Prairies, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario. In his new role, Dave will work closely alongside Bob Bernard to support strategic growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive disciplined sales execution across the Heavy Duty business.
To ensure continuity and uninterrupted support, Dave’s former territory has been backfilled with the addition of Matt Allan, while Troy Snider will continue to support the Automotive Division and work closely with Dave during this transition.
“This team-based approach ensures stability, consistency, and continued momentum for our partners,” added Grant.
Tiffany McCarthy has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
Tiffany will have full oversight of internal reporting, sales pipeline management, and team accountability as it relates to commitments and reporting to factory partners. She will oversee all aspects of the pipeline process and lead the national Sales Team and Inside Sales Management team to ensure disciplined, daily execution of factory objectives across the organization. Tiffany will be the primary leader responsible for operational execution and reporting standards.
