Bestbuy Distributors Limited presented its 2020 Vendor of the Year and four supplier Awards of Excellence.

The awards were presented to recipients at a virtual ceremony on December 22, 2021.

“These accolades are designed to officially celebrate our vendor community who are instrumental in Bestbuy’s success and growth,” said Bill Hay, president of Bestbuy.

“Bestbuy ordinarily presents these awards during our Spring Annual General Meeting gala dinner. Since that was not possible again this year, Bestbuy decided on a virtual presentation as we certainly wanted to recognize our top 2020 vendors before 2021 ended.”

The Horace J. Pratt Vendor of the Year Award was presented to BBB Industries. The award is presented annually to a vendor partner in recognition of their excellence in service, sales performance and support.

The Cornerstone Award for developing shareholder business on a foundational basis was presented to Bosch.

The Bestbuy Partner Award as determined by Bestbuy’s Management team and was presented to ride control supplier FCS Auto.

The Bestbuy Rising Star Award went to Timken, and the Marketing Partner Award was presented to Magnacharge Battery.
