Auto Electric Service Ltd. announces leadership changes, bold growth plans

Saskatchewan’s Auto Electric Service Ltd. (AES), has announced its strategic vision for the next phase of growth as well as key leadership changes.

Auto Electric Service has been a trusted name in Saskatchewan’s automotive, agricultural, and industrial parts distribution since 1943.

Over the past several months AES has been working on a bold strategy to grow and solidify it’s place as the leading small market solutions company in Saskatchewan. The strategic plans include:

  • Expanding the company’s product offering to serve customers’ needs across all sectors better.
  • Investing in upgraded technology, including advanced inventory management and online ordering capabilities.
  • Growing AES’s presence in additional communities and industries throughout Saskatchewan.
  • Upgrading warehouse operations and delivery services to enhance speed and reliability.
  • Committing to employee development and training as the foundation for AES’s future success.

Also, after nearly 25 years of exemplary service, Vice-President and Chief Financial Technology Officer Brenda Gelowitz will retire this fall. “Brenda’s contributions have been central to AES’s modernization and success, and the organization extends heartfelt appreciation for her leadership and dedication,” says the company.

As AES enters this exciting new chapter of growth, the company is announcing the following leadership appointments:

Jennifer Fox has been named President and will drive organizational clarity and consistency while leading AES’s growth and service strategies for the years ahead.

Brent Kulcsar will become Vice-President of Operations, focusing on warehouse improvements, logistics, and ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.

Larry Pady is appointed Vice-President of Sales, overseeing sales initiatives, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading business expansion across Saskatchewan.

Bob Jaworski will continue as Chief Executive Officer, providing overall vision and leadership for the organization.

The organization is currently engaged in recruiting for a Vice President of Finance & Digital Transformation.
