UAP Inc. has announced the appointment of Alain Primeau as President of UAP Inc.

Primeau will formally assume his new role as of December 1st. With more than 20 years of experience within the company, Alain brings strong strategic vision, deep market understanding, and respected leadership nationwide.

Earlier this year Primeau was appointed Executive Vice President, UAP as one of a number of executive appointments.

In this role, he oversaw the automotive division comprised of NAPA and Altrom while continuing to lead the Heavy Vehicle division. With 22 years of experience at UAP in key sales and operations roles. Primeau has a significant tenure with UAP, having held leadership roles across several divisions.

Those early-year changes were made as then UAP Inc. president Alain Masse prepared to assume the role of President, North America Automotive at Genuine Parts Company, parent organization of UAP Inc. Masse assumed that role in August 2025.
