AAPEX 2018: Remanufacturing education track goes Monday

The AAPEXedu Remanufacturing Track, presented by MERA – The Association for Sustainable Manufacturing, will take place on Oct. 30, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at The Venetian, Marco Polo Room 704. Traditionally held the Monday before AAPEX, the sessions are now integrated into the opening day of AAPEXedu to offer additional value to all attendees.

Industry experts will lead eight sessions in this year’s program:

The New Frontier: Electronic and Mechatronic Remanufacturing – “The Importance of Cleaning Sensitive Electronics” and “Mechatronics: The Marriage of Mechanical and Electronic Reman.”

Under the Hood: A Changing Reman Environment – “Testing New BSG/ISG Technologies – 12V, 48V, 400V” and “Closing the Technician Training Gap,”

Building a Better Business: Remanufacturing Case-Studies – “Benefits of End-of-Line Testing for Reman” and “Proactive Remanufacturing: A Strategic Plan, Not an Afterthought,”

Disruption! The Global Reman Marketplace – “Opportunities vs. Challenges: Understanding International Trade Regulations” and “Outlook & Insight from C-Suite Remanufacturing Leaders.”
