Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries, is expanding its radiator hose line in response to key market indicators and growing demand. The initiative will result in the roll out of 283 new hoses for complex vehicle applications.  

This rapid scaling will drive Dayco’s radiator hose coverage to 90 percent VIO by March 2027, a 20 percent increase since 2025, with 66 applications available in November and an additional 40 available by year-end. The remaining applications will launch by the end of Q1 2027. These new part numbers – which include a mix of simple and branched hoses – will meet stringent OE specifications for fit, form and function.

Dayco’s hose line expansion was driven in part by industry trends, including the growing number of vehicles approaching cooling system maintenance intervals and the demands that today’s downsized turbocharged and high-performance engines put on cooling systems and surrounding components.
