
Delphi, a brand of PHINIA Inc., has announced the expansion of its aftermarket fuel management, steering & suspension, and vehicle electronics product lines.
The expansion includes 59 first-to-market part numbers among the 465 new SKUs, providing coverage for more than 200 million vehicles in operation across the United States and Canada.
Delphi is proud to introduce 16 first-to-market part numbers in its fuel management portfolio, reinforcing its position as an industry leader.
The new products added in the fuel management range include fuel pump hanger assemblies, fuel pump module assemblies, fuel tank sending units, and fuel transfer units. With 40 SKUs added in total, Delphi now offers coverage for more than 11 million VIO, including some of the most popular models from Chevrolet, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen.
The largest of the three expansions is in the steering & suspension categories, with 308 new SKUs being added to the line.
Leading the charge are 42 first-to-market components—an exciting milestone that highlights Delphi’s strong commitment to expanding its steering & suspension product line and delivering cutting-edge solutions to the aftermarket.
New part offerings include alignment camber and alignment caster components, steering tie rod assemblies, suspension control arms, suspension stabilizers, lateral arm assemblies, and more. The new SKUs cover more than 112 million VIO and include models from BMW, Ford, General Motors, and Toyota.
In the vehicle electronics category, Delphi has added 117 new SKUs that cover more than 91 million vehicles in operation. The new parts include ABS wheel speed sensors, EGR valves, engine crankshaft position sensors, engine camshaft position sensors, ignition coils, ignition knock sensors, and vehicle speed sensors. Coverage is available for models from Ford, General Motors, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and more.
