Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries, is expanding its N.A. product portfolio with 30 new part numbers now available for order.

The following new product introductions (NPIs) include 8 timing chain kits, 9 tensioners and 13 hoses, providing coverage opportunities for 28.8m vehicles in operation (VIO).

Timing Chain Kits – Dayco is focused on bringing to market additional timing chain kit part numbers as the trend toward chains over belts continue at the OE level. The 8 new parts, which provide coverage for 11.6 million VIO, are part of a plan to validate and launch 60 timing chain kit part numbers in 2025. Dayco’s timing chain kits feature chains that don’t stretch for the life of the kit and precision-engineered components for reliable performance. They are backed by a 2-year, 60,000 mile parts and labor warranty, an industry best.

Heavy-Duty Tensioners – Dayco recently launched 3 heavy-duty tensioner part numbers designed specifically for Paccar MX11 and MX13 engines. Reducing belt noise and enhancing engine performance under extreme conditions, they provide coverage for more than 200,000 Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks on the road today.

Light-Duty Tensioners – 6 new tensioner parts offer coverage for more than 11 million VIO, including models from Stellantis, Jeep, Ram, Buick, Lexus, Toyota, Honda and more. They are built to outperform and outlast the original part, enduring the toughest conditions while promoting quieter performance and longer life.

Hoses– 11 branched hoses designed for radiators and 2 molded hoses for heaters cover a combined 5.8 million VIO. These hoses are exact fit OE replacements and do not require any cutting. Dayco hoses meet or exceed all relevant OE and SAE standards, feature spiral reinforcement for high burst strength and excellent heat resistance. They are engineered and formulated to handle exposure to oil, mud, salt, road debris, ozone, coolants and temperature variations.
