In this executive role, Deavers will oversee all commercial strategy, sales leadership, business development, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.

Deavers brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket and consumer products industries, where he has built a reputation for driving sustained revenue growth, strengthening customer and channel partnerships, and leading high-performance teams.

His background includes senior leadership roles in sales, category management, and strategic account development, with a proven record of transforming underperforming businesses and expanding market presence across retail, traditional, heavy-duty, and e-commerce channels.
