Philippe-André Bisson has been promoted to Head of Product Marketing at Uni-Select Inc., taking on expanded responsibility across both the company’s Mechanical and Paint, Body and Equipment (PBE) divisions.

In his new role, Bisson will lead the Product Marketing team with a mandate to strengthen go-to-market strategy, elevate category performance, and drive tighter alignment between product, sales, operations and vendor partners. “I’m grateful for the confidence placed in me and excited to contribute to the next phase of our organization’s strategic direction,” Bisson shared. “Working alongside exceptional colleagues across the business, I’m committed to helping position our brands, products, and customer experience for long-term success.”

Bisson joined Uni-Select in late 2025 as Channel Marketing Lead, where he focused on accelerating growth and reinforcing the company’s leadership position within the paint and collision sector. In that role, he developed and executed channel marketing strategies aligned with product roadmaps and commercial objectives, while collaborating closely with product development, sales, operations and supplier partners.

A key part of his recent mandate included building and strengthening the PBE department’s brand presence, refining pricing strategies, designing commercial programs, and analyzing performance metrics to drive profitability and sales margin improvement.

Prior to Uni-Select, Bisson served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Fix Network World, where he led strategic marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C brands. He oversaw internal and external communications, media strategy, digital engagement and national event execution, managing a team of marketing professionals while positioning the organization as a leader in the automotive aftermarket.

Earlier in his career, Bisson spent more than seven years with General Motors in progressive communications roles, including Senior Product Communications Manager, where he led public relations strategy for Cadillac Canada and worked closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, technology and corporate operations. He also held communications and product planning roles with Kia Canada Inc. and began his career as a communications intern with Volkswagen Group Canada.

With deep experience spanning OEM, franchise and distribution environments, Bisson brings a broad industry perspective to Uni-Select’s product marketing leadership at a time when alignment across commercial functions is increasingly critical to growth and competitive differentiation.

His appointment reflects Uni-Select’s emphasis on strategic brand positioning, disciplined category management and integrated customer experience across its network.
